Nature has almost endless values for the artist to discover and depict. The tools we use to capture and demonstrate these values have only limited ability to represent the variety we have lavishly set before us. When observing an object in day light, these many values change as time flies past. To draw a sphere seems as if it would be an easy task, yet there are many things to master in even this simple attempt at drawing.
